As horse racing enthusiast, the Filipino Horse Velocity must take pride in welcoming everyone whether here in the Philippines and abroad. It will also help the development of horse racing. Investors, like the foreigners are not only trying to familiarize themselves regarding the culture and traditions of the Filipinos but more so, they are considering the Philippines as a good investment of this sport. The development of this electronic media, which is the internet, and especially this website the Filipino Horse Velocity, is now becoming to be the highway of each horse racing enthusiast.
